The salty semi-finished products

The semi-finished products are mixtures of ingredients specifically designed to save working time but above all to standardize the costs and quality of the recipe.

They can be in dehydrated powder or cream form.

All the semi-finished products are concentrated, to which other ingredients must be added, such as water, oil, tomato, milk cream, etc…, to complete the finished dish.

The ingredients can be conventional, market, or chosen from IGP, DOC, Km0, belonging to territorial-regional protection consortia, or organic.

All this to create “clean label” recipes.

We also have the possibility of developing new recipes with nutritional values studied for the customer.

On request it is possible to make a semi-finished product, without "flavor enhancers" or additives or natural flavors.

The Creamy Semi-finished Products

The creamy preparations can be with or without sautéed in extra virgin olive oil.

They are concentrated and are used to give flavor in a natural way to all dishes.

Ideal for flavoring fillings combined with milk cream.

They are the various bases for a modern, quick and fast kitchen.

Sautéed vegetables / with meat / with fish

Natural stocks with fish, (lobster, scampi, mantis shrimp, molluscs and crustaceans, squid), porcini mushrooms, pizzaiola style, truffles.

Natural booster, flavor enhancer for ready meals and food preserves.

Conventional and Organic

"Tailor made" recipes are created upon customer request and need.
