Without a shadow of a doubt, when we talk about broth and stock, we are referring to two fundamental preparations in the kitchen, necessary for the realization of many recipes.

Our rich selection of stocks and broths uses blends of natural ingredients, both in powder and cream form, prepared from a base of sautéed in extra virgin olive oil with the addition of marine and vegetable ingredients.

They can be with or without natural flavourings, which enhance the taste.

Upon request, we can create “clean label” recipes with 100% vegetable and marine ingredients, without the addition of starches, substrates, additives, aromas and flavor enhancers.
